  Very very bad customer service. Today I was there to send a device there were two associates they insult me in their own language and charged me $ 1 for 3 inches plastic tape. I have not seen such associates in any of the stores in VA.

  This UPS Store does a decent job with shipping packages, but some fees are a bit high. Several reviewers expressed that same sentiment in their reviews. The owner has consistently opted to reply in a very defensive tone, which is a horrible business decision. The owner even accused one reviewer of being a racist, and completely dismissed the reviewer's legitimate complaint. The reviewer never claimed that the employees don't speak English; rather, the reviewer noted that an employee said something offensive in the employee's native tongue. The owner dismissed this complaint by stating that it never happened. How can the owner know that? That is horrible customer service, and is no way to address grievances. To be fair, I provided three stars because The UPS Store delivered my package without a problem. The problem, however, is the owner's treatment of customers who have taken their time to express their honest opinions of their experiences. The owner's poor judgment has cost another customer because I will not be returning to this location. There are plenty of alternatives nearby. Some advice to the owner: You get more with honey. If you're unfamiliar with that expression, Google it.
